Signals are concrete stuff such as new tools, new behaviors, new ideas. We wonder in what direction the signals point, what the drivers are. We ask four questions:
- What change does it present, from what to what?
- What is driving the change,
- How will the world look like if this becomes widespread?
- Does this future alarm us or make us happy?
